What a lovely day to drive through the lush Leicestershire countryside to deliver three paintings for an exhibition. This is a new venue for me although I know the delightful little picturesque town of Market Bosworth well enough and have many happy memories of this very historic place.

e is the delightfully named Dixie Grammar School situated right in the centre of Market Bosworth. And hopefully the three paintings will be well received along with the other artists work exhibited there during the Open Art Exhibtion at the Bosworth Festival
They’ve used this picture – my “Birds of a feather” pastel as one of the images on their promotional poster so hopefully someone will fall in love with it and want to take it home. I’ve always loved this painting for its vibrant colour and movement!
Wish I could do some traveling when we visit England
Come for longer next time and do the travelling then! 🙂 England is beautiful when the sun shines on it..
