I took a walk today past one of my favourite places, it always fascinates me whatever the time of year, with the sunlight through the trees and the hazy distance..
It inspired me to paint it in its autumn foliage a few years ago – ‘Autumn golds’ but I think it will look equally beautiful without the leaves, but a bit of a frost, or snow even …so maybe thats what I’ll do next time…
