I never know when a new commission is coming in, sometimes I am asked about one and never hear about it ever again, sometimes people go away and have a think about it, and then commission it..
And in the case of the latest one I was asked how much it would be for this specific one, and I asked questions regarding size, and medium – acrylics – and was told that it was on a canvas, so I asked if it would be a block canvas, which it is, so it doesn’t need to be framed, so that means I can order the canvas now I know the size…
Oh… and its to go with these particular paintings that I’ve already painted for this particular client…
So I am sure you can guess the subject of it already…
I’m going to love doing this one for the client as I love painting peacocks, and acrylics is the perfect medium for painting it in..capturing that challenge of the irridescent plumage…perfect start to the new year….!
