Yesterday was Remembrance Sunday, and I put a comment on my Facebook page along with my painting "Poppy Appeal" and just love the response I had from this painting. Its one that I have hanging on my own wall, I don’t want to part with it, and I always love the way the poppies disappear as far as the eye can see in the field, so that I want to go and walk in amongst them to see their bright scarlet beauty. I love them even more because they are Kentish poppies, where I have now happily made my home.
